TAB Router connects by Ethernet to a compatible modem or gateway and works with common cable, fiber, DSL, and satellite internet setups.
How does ad filtering work on smart TVs and streaming apps?
TAB Router filters known ad and tracker domains for devices on its WiFi, including smart TVs and streaming devices. Network filtering cannot remove all ads, including ads served from the same domain as requested content.
Is there a monthly fee?
No subscription is required for the router's core protection, parental controls, cloud dashboard, or TAB AI. TAB GEO Stream is an optional paid add-on.
Can I block specific apps and services?
The customer portal can block supported social media, gaming, and streaming services for the network or selected devices.
What can TAB AI do?
TAB AI accepts plain-language requests for supported tasks such as pausing devices, blocking services, changing WiFi settings, and checking router or network status.
